Adept Manpower believe that being socially responsible forms an integral part of our brand. Firstly, we aim to address, nurture and protect the needs of our communities by playing a part in our own small way. Secondly, Corporate Social Responsibility ( CSR ) is fundamental to the way we do our business. In conclusion, through the workplaces we maintain, the earth we seek to protect and, at our very core, the less fortunate kids, families and communities we strive to support.

However, we understand that in order for a business to be successful and become an employer of choice. It is more than just delivering results; it is also about earning a place in the society as a caring, trusted and responsible organisation.


For instance, as part of our CSR, we are actively involved in visiting homes for the old folks’ and orphanages. Meanwhile, we also donating food, basic necessities and monetary contributions to the needy and less-fortunate and designated charities.


Adept Manpower certainly believes a green movement should always start from within. In Adept, we urge our staff to have eco-accommodating practices and endeavour to encourage a culture of social responsibility. We actively promote recycling, practise energy-saving and reduce paper wastage during printing.

Fair Employment Practices (TAFEP)

Adept Manpower certainly is a strong advocate for fair employment practices in Singapore. We believe that recruiting should be based on merit and fair assessment.
