Adept CSR

Adept Manpower believes that being socially responsible forms an integral part of our brand. Firstly, we aim to address, nurture and protect the needs of our communities by playing a part in our own small way. Secondly, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is fundamental to the way we do our business, through the workplaces we maintain, the earth we seek to protect and, at our very core, the less fortunate kids, families and communities we strive to support.

However, we understand that in order for a business to be successful and become an employer of choice, it is more than just delivering results; it is also about earning a place in the society as a caring, trusted and responsible organisation

Community

For instance, as part of our CSR, we are actively involved in visiting homes for the old folks’ and the destitute. Meanwhile, we also donate food, basic necessities and money to the needy and less-fortunate and designated charities.

Environment

Adept Manpower certainly believes a green movement should always start from within. In Adept Manpower, we urge our staff to have eco-accommodating practices and endeavour to encourage a culture of social responsibility. We actively promote recycling, practise energy-saving and reduce paper wastage during printing.

Fair Employment Practices (TAFEP)

Adept Manpower is a strong advocate for fair employment practices in Singapore. We believe that recruiting should be based on merit and fair assessment. Everyone should be given a chance for employment, regardless of age, race, gender, religion, marital status and family responsibilities, or disability. We support the Tripartite Alliance for Fair and Progressive Employment Practices (TAFEP), by adopting fair employment practices outlined in the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices. We believe that when you support the growth of a fair and inclusive workplace, it helps our employees to perform to their full potential.
