The Responsible Business Alliance RBA was founded in 2004 by a group of leading electronics companies. The Responsible Business Alliance (RBA), formerly the Electronic Industry Citizenship Coalition (EICC) is a non-profit comprised of electronics, retail, auto and toy companies. Secondly, it is committed to supporting the rights and well-being of workers and communities worldwide that are affected by the global supply chain.
About RBA
The RBA Code of Conduct is a set of social, environmental and ethical industry standards. That is to say the standards set out in the Code of Conduct reference international norms and standards. Firstly, it includes the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, secondly ILO International Labour Standards, thirdly OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, ISO and SA standards, and many more.

Responsible Labour Initiative ( RLI )
The RLI is a multi-industry, multi-stakeholder initiative focused on ensuring that the rights of the workers. In addition, the vulnerable that are forced to labour in global supply chains are consistently respected and promoted.

Forbid using forced, bonded, indentured or involuntary prison labour
Child Labour Avoidance
Prohibit child labour to work in any stage of manufacturing
Working Hours
Allow at least 1 day off per 7-day week and not more than 60 hours per week
Humane Treatment
Communicate disciplinary policies/ procedures clearly to workers and avoid harsh or inhumane treatment

Prevent harassment and unlawful discrimination
