Corporate Social Responsibility

In Adept Manpower, we believe that being socially responsible is an integral part of our brand. We aim to address, nurture and protect the needs of our communities by playing a part in our own small way. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is fundamental to the way we do our business, through the workplaces we maintain, the earth we seek to protect and, at our very core, the less fortunate kids, families and communities we strive to support.
We understand that in order for a business to be successful and become an employer of choice, it is more than just delivering results; it is also about earning a place in the society as a caring, trusted and responsible organisation.

Community

As part of our CSR, we are actively involved in visiting homes for the old folks’ and orphanages; donating food, basic necessities and monetarily to the needy and less-fortunate; and also, contributions to designated charities.

Fair Employment Practices (TAFEP)

Adept Manpower supports TAFEP in fair and progressive employment as we believe this practice will help to widen the pools of candidates in our business. For our daily operation, all candidates are evaluated based on their capabilities. Everyone has a fair chance of employment regardless of age, race, language, gender, marital status or religion.
